This Warranty Policy forms part of and must be read together with the Terms & Conditions of Diamond & Watch Vault PTY LTD.

Scope of Warranty

1.1 Diamond & Watch Vault PTY LTD provides a 12-month in-house mechanical warranty on eligible pre-owned timepieces unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of sale.

1.2 The warranty period commences on the date of purchase as recorded on the invoice.

1.3 This warranty covers mechanical movement failure arising under normal wearing conditions.

1.4 Coverage applies strictly to internal movement components and does not extend to cosmetic or external components unless explicitly stated.

Manufacturer Warranty

2.1 Where a watch is sold with remaining manufacturer warranty, that warranty remains solely with the manufacturer.

2.2 The Company does not extend, replace, or assume responsibility for manufacturer warranty obligations.

2.3 Any manufacturer warranty claim must be processed directly with the manufacturer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
