Shipping
This Shipping Policy forms part of and must be read together with the Terms & Conditions of Diamond & Watch Vault PTY LTD.
General Shipping Terms
1.1 All shipments are dispatched only after full cleared funds have been received and order confirmation has been issued.
1.2 The Company reserves the right to delay shipment pending identity or payment verification.
1.3 Shipping timelines provided are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
2.1 All Australian orders are shipped fully insured, trackable, and with signature required upon delivery.
2.2 Risk transfers to the Customer upon confirmed delivery at the nominated address.
2.3 The Customer is responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate.
2.4 The Company is not responsible for loss arising from incorrect delivery information provided by the Customer.
International Shipping
3.1 International shipments are fully insured and trackable unless otherwise agreed.
3.2 The Customer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and compliance with local regulations.
3.3 The Company is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, international transit issues, or regulatory inspections.
3.4 All international sales are final in accordance with the Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Insurance & Liability
4.1 All shipments are insured to the declared value.
4.2 In the event of loss or damage during transit, claims must be made in accordance with the carrier’s procedures.
4.3 The Company’s liability is limited to the insured value of the shipment.
Delivery Confirmation
5.1 Signature confirmation constitutes proof of delivery.
5.2 Once delivery is confirmed, the Company is not liable for theft, loss, or damage occurring thereafter.
Collection
6.1 In-person collection may be available by appointment.
6.2 Identification may be required at the time of collection.
