Yes. All pieces are carefully sourced through trusted suppliers and undergo a verification process through reputable authenticators. All items are supplied with relevant documentation, including certificates of authenticity and/or original receipts, or verified supporting documentation where applicable.
Are your items brand new or pre-owned?
We offer both new and pre-owned pieces, carefully selected for quality and condition. This includes items sourced from authorised retailers, as well as new or pre-owned pieces from private clients.
Jewellery pieces are all new ready to wear items or customised.
How does consignment work?
Consigning with us removes the need to deal with unknown buyers . We act as the trusted middle point, managing everything on your behalf. With an established network and a strong client base, we provide greater exposure to ensure your piece is positioned to sell. We handle the work and you get paid.
Are your diamonds certified?
All diamonds are ethically sourced. Where applicable diamonds are supplied with certification. Details will always be outlined within the product listing.
How long does a custom piece take?
Each piece is created to order, with timeframes varying depending on the design and sourcing process. Most pieces are completed within 2–6 weeks.

DO you accept returns?
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. All returns are handled strictly in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Approved discretionary returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
