This Orders & Returns Policy forms part of and must be read together with the Terms & Conditions of Diamond & Watch Vault PTY LTD.

 Order Acceptance

1.1 All orders are subject to availability and written confirmation by the Company.

1.2 A transaction is not finalised until full cleared funds have been received and written confirmation has been issued by the Company.

1.3 The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, pricing error, payment irregularity, or inventory discrepancy.

 Pricing

2.1 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Pricing is subject to change without notice prior to full cleared payment.

2.3 Luxury watch values fluctuate due to market conditions. The Company does not guarantee future resale value, investment performance, or price stability.

2.4 In the event of a pricing error, the Company reserves the right to cancel the transaction prior to shipment and refund any monies received.

Deposits

3.1 A minimum 10% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a timepiece, remove an item from sale, source a specific watch upon request, or secure special-order inventory.

3.2 Deposits are applied toward the final purchase price.

3.3 Deposits compensate the Company for administrative costs, sourcing efforts, opportunity cost, and market exposure risk.

3.4 Deposits are strictly non-refundable if the Customer cancels the transaction, changes their mind, or fails to complete payment within the agreed timeframe.

3.5 Deposits will only be refunded if the Company is unable to supply the agreed goods.

Payment Verification

4.1 The Company reserves the right to request government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification.

4.2 Goods will not be released until funds have fully cleared.

4.3 The Company may delay shipment pending verification where fraud prevention measures are required.

Title & Risk

5.1 Ownership of goods remains with Diamond & Watch Vault PTY LTD until full cleared funds are received.

5.2 Risk transfers to the Customer upon confirmed delivery in accordance with Section 6 of the Terms & Conditions.

6. Returns Overview

6.1 Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

6.2 Any return must comply strictly with the Returns & Exchanges Policy.

6.3 International sales are final except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Statutory Rights

7.1 Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

7.2 Customers may be entitled to remedies for major failures in accordance with law
