Returns & Exchanges
This Returns & Exchanges Policy forms part of and must be read together with the Terms & Conditions and Orders & Returns Policy of Diamond & Watch Vault PTY LTD.
General Position
1.1 Due to the nature of luxury timepieces and market volatility, all sales are considered final.
1.2 Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
1.3 This policy operates subject to the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
2.1 Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
2.2 If a product has a major failure, the Customer may be entitled to a refund, a replacement, or compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss.
2.3 If a product has a minor fault, the Company may elect to repair the item within a reasonable timeframe.
Discretionary Returns
3.1 The Company may, at its sole discretion, approve a return outside statutory requirements.
3.2 Where a discretionary return is approved, a 15% restocking fee applies. Original shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
3.3 Discretionary returns are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Return Authorisation Requirements
4.1 All returns must be approved in writing prior to shipment.
4.2 Returned items must be in the same condition as sold, include original box, papers, accessories and documentation, show no additional wear, and be securely packaged and fully insured during transit.
4.3 The Customer bears responsibility for safe return delivery.
International Sales
5.1 All international sales are final.
5.2 Returns for international transactions will only be considered where required under Australian Consumer Law.
5.3 The Company is not responsible for customs duties or international shipping costs associated with returns.
Inspection & Remedy
6.1 All returned items are subject to professional inspection.
6.2 If the watch shows signs of damage, wear, tampering or unauthorised modification, return eligibility may be denied.
